What happens once I have completed my Will?
Following the completion of your Will, you will be able to preview part of your final form. If you are happy, then you will be invited to pay using either a debit or credit card. Please click here for a list of our prices.
However, once the payment has been made, you will not be able to cancel the order. So if you feel you may wish to make further changes, we would advise saving the data and returning later to complete the process and make your payment.
Before completing and paying for your Will, you will need to provide Evidence of Identity, which is required to ensure that your Will is valid. You will also need to confirm that you have read our terms of business and are happy to accept them.
Once your payment has been processed, you will be able to download the finished document immediately. This will need to be signed, and we will provide instructions on how to do this in order for your Will to be legally binding.
